  • Activities: Great fishing in the Flathead River. Outstanding camping facilities including handicap accessible outhouse. Best backcountry facilities in the state.
  • About Your Plane: Normally fly my C-180 but have seen lightly-loaded 172's there.
  • Flying Tips: Unlike many backcountry strips, it's best to land slightly downhill to the west. Plenty of length here and this will give you a go-around opportunity if needed. Density altitude is always a factor.
