Founded: 1928; FAA Licenses and Ratings Offered: PPL, CPL, IR, CFI, CFII, ME, MEI, ATP, Airframe and Powerplant; Number of Training Airplanes and Types: 50 total aircraft including C152s, C172s, Seminoles, C172RGs and 3 Frasca Flight Simulators; Degree Offered: Associate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Science Aviation Technology Management.

Remarks: Spartan is accredited by the ACCSCT and licensed by OBPVS. Facilities include over 300,000 square feet of training space located at two Tulsa-area airports. Financial aid is available to those who qualify as well as student employment and graduate placement assistance. On-campus housing and student housing location assistance is available.
