Founded: 1883; FAA Licenses and Ratings Offered: Private, Commercial, Instrument, Multiengine, CFI, CFII, MEI, Sea and ATP; Number of Training Airplanes and Types: 120—mostly Piper training fleet including Warriors, Arrows and Seminoles; Degree Offered: Master of Science in Aviation, BS in Aviation Systems Management, BS in Commercial Aviation, BS in Flight Education, BS in Air Traffic Control and Bachelor of Business Administration in Airport Management or Aviation Management.

Remarks: Among the largest and best, UND Aerospace is recognized around the world for academic excellence. Since 1968, our mission has been to shape the future of the aerospace industry by providing the best possible education and training available. Degree programs are accredited by Council on Aviation Accreditation and the American Assembly of College Schools of Business. UND Aerospace is housed in a $85-million complex and boasts of having the largest training fleet in the world.
