Video: This New Plane Car Might Be Our Favorite One Yet!

This sheet-metal mash-up of a plane and a car isn’t sheet metal at all!

We're still trying to track down who the builder was, but in the meantime, you should check out this awesome plane car that a lucky pilot ran into (well, not literally) while out on a drive.

The plane is painted up in a faux World War II paint scheme. You can even see the rivets, which is funny, because the donor plane is a Cirrus SR model (20? 22?) that has been painted to look as though it's made of sheet metal instead of carbon fiber.

The effect is super cool, regardless. Watch it fly! And if we were the driver, we wonder if we'd have a hard time not pulling up before we came to an underpass? Hmm.
