53 Seconds Of Perfection: A Beautiful Grumman Goose In Flight Will Make Everything Right

The Grumman twin in flight with perfect light.

When we ran across this yesterday---it was shared by the folks from Idaho's Tanglefoot Sea Plane Base---we were transfixed. It's a gorgeous restored Grumman Goose in warbird livery just flying. No narration, just 53 seconds of perfection. The big amphib, based at Priest Lake, Idaho, not far from the Canadian border. The video is downright breathtaking.

And that might not be the best thing about the video. The sound of those big nine-cylinder Pratt & Whitney radials is amazing.

Enjoy.
