Remarks: First flight program was started in 1941. First aviation degrees were offered in the mid-1950s. The Professional Flight and Air Transportation Management programs are accredited by the Council on Aviation Accreditation. An Airline Bridge Training Program was started with Mesa Airlines in 2001. Full-motion Regional Jet simulators were installed and certified by the FAA in early 2003. Department located at Williams Gateway Airport (former Williams AFB) with 3 fully instrumented parallel runways. Financial aid is available for flight training.
